Who we are
Slash AI (“Slash”, “we”) operates https://slashai.tech and the Slash simulation platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we use it. It is written to comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
When you request a demo or contact us we collect the details you provide: name, work email, organisation, area of interest and your message. We also collect standard technical data (such as IP address, browser and pages visited) through our hosting provider's logs to keep the site secure and reliable.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange demos and, if you become a customer, to deliver our services. We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing newsletters without your consent.
Simulation data
Data generated inside the Slash platform (for example, practice sessions and scores) is governed by the agreement between Slash and your organisation, which sets out hosting location, retention and access. This website policy does not cover platform data.
Sharing and processors
We use trusted service providers to host this website and deliver enquiries to our team. They process data on our instructions and under contract. We may disclose data where required by law.
Retention and security
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, then deleted. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it.
Your rights
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hr@slashai.tech. We will respond within the timeframes set by the PDPA.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version.
